Is womanhood inherently shameful?

I see a lot of gender based insults here, calling other women bitches and cunts and using other terms and insults based on the idea that being female is inherently gross, awful, shameful. If you don't think there's anything wrong with being a woman, why use that language? Seems weird for this sort of app.

Note: this really isn't meant as a criticism- i do the same thing without thinking about it. But maybe we should think about it more often.

I use the word cunt because I like the word. It's my favourite word, and I find it a rather descriptive word.

There's nothing shameful about being a woman, but there's everything shameful about being an utter cunt.

I mean, but like it's more than just calling specific women names. Like we're always saying, "I hate those bitches who..." or "bitches like that" or "she was bitching about something" or "don't be a pussy" or even "slut" when you think about it. It's  just...basically all these terms are based on putting women down for being women. And i'm just going to try and not do that anymore.

Yes our society uses a lot of sexist comments when they are angry. 
It takes a long time to change direction
Even longer with everyone leaning the wrong way.

Where being a woman isn't shameful. You call me any of those names and I will own it.

Once someone realizes the power has no power over you they stop calling you that. However with the word bitching, I use it interchangeably with complaining when trying to make a point.

For example, my mom was complaining about stuff I didn't care about and I said "Do you feel better after all that bitching?"

Those who feel the need to use this language especially on an app like this should be ashamed of themselves. There is no need. And it's not even allowed. Cos whenever i see someone using insulting language i report them and they get removed.

I don't ever use the word "cunt" and I rarely call anyone a bitch. But never on here. Not really much need for it tbh.
