I need help. This guy I've been talking to for 3 years hasn't committed to me yet so I fell back. Just don't answer calls as much or don't talk and laugh with him as much. I'm just really hurt that I feel he's using me and when I tell him that he gets super offended and telling me that I'm wrong for feeling that way after all the time he's put in. But he still has not made us official. I'm just bored waiting and wanting more. Now we work together and he keeps being in my face asking me what's wrong when he sees me and trying to be extra nice to me and make me laugh && make it seem like I'm treating him bad and disrespecting him. I'm tired of singing the same tune. How do I handle this situation?? I'm always getting sucked back into his charms or end up feeling bad and missing him. Think it might be better from an outside looking in perspective.

You need to have a conversation with him about what you want from a relationship and if he can't give it to you, you need to move on. You deserve to have what you want in a relationship and should not waste your time being led on. And you need to realize that he cannot suck you in with his charm. You allow it. You are allowing your self to be in this situation and you have control get yourself out of it by cutting ties with him. Any relationship you have with him should be strictly a professional working relationship and nothing more.

3 years? I don't think you're wrong for wanting commitment cause if that's what you're looking for and he's not giving it to you or willing to after 3 bloody years you need to question what it is you're doing tbh. You could be using that time to find someone who's ready to settle down. How old is he? Me personally I'd leave there's no point going in circles if you both want different things.

But you work together right? Do cutting off completely isn't as easy as it could have been lol. Firstly poor you! I really feel for you. I think just keeping your distance and treating him as you would anyone else at work. Maybe start dating other people, if he asks you what you're up to that evening, say you have a date. See what his reaction is and just explain that you are fed up with waiting for something more to happen between you both that it's now time for you to put yourself first and find someone who is willing to give you what you need xx good luck and keep us posted

Been there and not speaking at all for a long time and getting our there to date helps. Nor everyone is ready for commitment but people like him will only respect you as much as you respect yourself. So why should he give mire if you've accepted crumbs for so long. Cut him off completely for 6 months. Move on.
