Photographer in delivery room?

Has anyone had or thought about having a photographer in the delivery room with you? We want to capture the moments of our birth but I want my SO focused on what's happening, not taking pictures

Delivery room photos are SO not for me (but to each their own!). My personal feeling is that I don't need every detail documented, I don't like being in front of a camera even at my best, and I don't want basically a stranger watching me give birth. As for having my husband take the photos, I wouldn't want that either - I want him in the moment with me and experiencing the delivery firsthand instead of through a camera lens.

I wanted one and then remembered that i dont want a stranger looking at me while my vag is as big as a watermelon! Im very shy about my body so im completely ok with not having one. 😂😂😂😂

My sister is law will be taking pictures for me. I told her I didn't care as long as they were waist up.

I'm only allowed 3 people with me so my mom, husband, and best friend will have to take turns capturing the moments!

If it didn't mean kicking someone else I want out of the room id want one! I love those birth photos you see going viral online, I'm not shy and not afraid of someone seeing me giving birth and I'd like actual photos of the birth but I don't want to have to kick someone important out of the room for a photographer!
