Reading Material??

So I've received some pretty good advice. I was told not to read up too much about the baby in the womb, and to focus more on when the baby gets here.

Any suggestions on good books about child development and child psychology?

As an infant Caregiver for 12 babies please do not adapt a strict schedule if your baby will be going into daycare.

It's so sad when all they do is cry bc they can only have their bottle at 8, 12 and 3 etc. They watch the other children being feed and it's a completely different environment from home.

A looser schedule say every 2-3 hours works best. IMO.

I swear by Babywise!! Did it with all 3 of my kids and will again with my 4th. It's basically a feeding/sleeping system. Has worked great for us!

I'm not a fan of Baby Wise. Infants need feeding when they are hungry not on your schedule.

My friend told me to read Baby Wise. There's book one for newborns and book two for 5-8 month olds.
