Had my Darcy Kate today at 35 weeks! She's in the nicu because her lungs aren't fully developed. Any other moms have this happen? I feel so sad for her! 😢

My so was born at 35 weeks on the dot as well! He had some asthma issues his first year, but pulled through! Now he plays sports and is a typical 10 year old!

I haven't had children yet but I myself was born @ 34 weeks, I had jaundice & spent a short time in NICU. 7 of my mother's 8 children were born early (between 32 & 34 weeks)

Mine was born at 34.5 weeks. He was in the NICU for 3 weeks but he is almost 9 months old and perfectly healthy now! Hasn't even caught a cold or been sick at all so far, and no asthma that we're aware of anyway. It's so hard to see them attached to all the wires and not being able to hold them whenever we feel like it, but your little one will be just fine and soon you'll be enjoying baby all you want, no annoying wires or tubes or monitors beeping at you. Good luck! You'll be taking her home in no time!

Had my son at 34 & 6 via emergency c-section due to induction because of HELLP syndrome. He was in the NICU for 20 days. Started out a little rough but now he is a healthy 9 month old. Keep your head up and lean on your support system. Love light and positive energy for you and your little one.

She's on the nasal cannula which says that she's able to breath fine on her own. Baby girl should be just fine, hang in there mama!
