Can I be having a miscarriage?

I'm on day 20 of my cycle and I woke up to my legs covered in blood, and I've only had a tampon in for about 30 minutes and it's already full of blood, I'm not supposed to get my period for another 7 days. Could I be having a miscarriage? I never bleed this much even on my period.

It's possible but you should never use a tampon if you may be pregnant or miscarrying or after birth. Get pads asap.  If you think you could be miscarrying call your doctor. Hemorrhaging can be dangerous!

I don't know but with that much blood I would've gone to the er but that's just me

Well my doctor did a blood test and it was negative so now I'm confused and worried :(
