Dual Lingerie Shower?

Has anyone done this with a best friend? My friend and I are both getting married and both in each others wedding. We were talking and decided we wanted to do a dual lingerie shower. Has anyone done this? How did it work out? Invitations etc. thanks : )

I think it sounds like it could be fun, but I would do it in lieu of a bachelorette party of bridal shower. I would be annoyed if my friend had three separate parties for herself where she expected people to spend money on them in addition to buying them a wedding gift.
