Could I be pregnant?

I'm on the mini pill (noriday) and have heared that's people can get pregnant on it. I've been having two periods a month (one week on, one week off) and haven't had my second week this cycle yet. I'm getting some symptoms which I've read are related to pregnancy and was wondering if anyone had any advice? I've taken a test at the doctors and it was negotiate but the nurse said it could be too early to tell 😩
