HPV and Trying to Conceive

Does anyone know if having HPV will make your doctor not want to start feet lot treatment? My pap came back abnormal , HPV is very common and usually your body cleans it out. My primary care doctor didn't seem to concern , I go back in December to have another pap to see if my body got rid of it. I also had the gardisal shot when I was 18 and that's suppose to help prevent cervical cancer. I'm just worried my fertility doctor might turn me down after finding this out . Anybody been in the same situation? I'm not sure how long I've had it , this is my first time with an abnormal pap.
