Please help!!! May be tmi for some

Please help me!! I have hemmoroids, and it's to the point where I am in tears. I can't cough, walk, sit, sneeze, stand, bend over, or do basically anything without being in so much pain! My doctor told me I could get some over the counter stuff and recommended tucks pads, and preparation H cream, but neither are working! Please mommas someone give me some advice or other options!!! Thank you!
