15w1d and menstrual like cramps?

I went to the dr yesterday and everything was perfect! Baby's heart rate was 160 and obviously very active as s/he kept moving from the Doppler. Lol

Today I started to get these cramps like menstrual. Kinda scared me so I went to the restroom to be sure there was no spotting/bleeding. Thank God there was nothing! 🙌🏽🙏🏽

Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be I'm still stretching?

Kinda personal, but do you need to go #2?? Sometimes I get a little crampy and realize I havnt done that in a few days?? Hope it's that simple

Those muscles are going to continue to stretch for a very long time :) it'll start to be less noticeable.... until your third trimester when it will start all over!

That's the way it goes....always AFTER the Dr appt! ;) I am going to say it's normal stretching or you need to poop. I always cramp after the Dr or ultrasound tech pokes around at me....even if it's not much poking, seems to still bring on some cramping. My Dr told me it's normal & as long as it's not unbearable & no spotting or blood all is well.
