Hi to all you new monmies πΆπΌ congrats on your new baby, my name is lucero I have a daughter she's 1 and I'm currently pregnant with my baby boy 15+6 todayβ€οΈ and will definitely be doing them once again just in case hopefully I won't need them anyways with my first pregnancy I was so scared I would tear and have to get stitches π¬π© luckily I didn't πππΌ but i was 36 weeks when I freaked out and started to make Padsicles luckily I didn't tear πππΌ but what's that?!?! It's a life saver for all you mommies who have to deal with annoying stitches and all that pain π down stairs β¬οΈ Step 1 buy regular pads any kind works good :) also buy witch hazel (alcohol free) and lavender oil(optional) also aloe Vera gel Step 2. Mix some witch hazel in with some aloe Vera gel and a few drops of lavender mix well. Step 3. Put the mix on the pad not to much repeat and do that to as many pads make sure to put aluminum foil In between the pads so they don't freeze together.
