Custody case 🚼😲‼️ libel/slander?
My husband and I pulled restraining orders on each other the other day. I'm so glad I was quick to act, because he was originally going behind my back by making that move to get full custody of our 3 month old baby, by claiming absolute falsehoods that I have "purposefully harmed" my baby. ⁉️⁉️ (He knows I practice gentle parenting and I'd die before I ever hurt my baby! He's a manipulative liar! So glad this is ending finally.)
Anyway.
That night he posted on Facebook what qualifies as libel, or written slander. I screenshot it along with the comments below and he wisely took it off like an hour later... But I have the evidence.
The emergency custody hearing is this coming Monday and I'm wondering how that libel/slander alone will affect my chances of getting full custody.
Does anyone know anything about this stuff? Google is vague.
Speaking with attorney tomorrow.
Would like to hear any additional info/experience though if you have any.
