Pain management options during labor
It seems like all I hear about for pain management during labor here in the US is the epidural. After some research, I'm not sure I want to go that route. What other options were you given?
I hear nitrous oxide (laughing gas and air) can be very effective at taking the edge off and is out of the system in 5 minutes. Has anyone used this?
