Lost my mucus plug
I woke up about an hour ago, and I felt the mucus plug come out, I went to pee and it was clearly it looked just like the pictures I've seen.
I have small back pain, and I also am getting a mild cramp every 5 minutes. Not a strong cramp, something I would get on my period but it is every 5 min as I been timing it. What do I do ??? 😕😳
