I'm a 22 weeks 2 days pregnant. Is this normal

I'm 22 weeks 2 days pregnant with a baby boy. I have this clear fluid coming out and it's usually like a quarter size amount. I went to the woman's center at the local hospital and they did tests . And it is not amniotic fluid. And baby is doing great. So what else could it be ? I don't have any pain or anything
