I'm 20 weeks today and since yesterday I have been feeling my baby move a lot more, it usually just feels like flutters but this morning I sat up on my bed and I felt a strange spasm like feeling on the upper right part of my belly. It kind of frightened me because it was so sudden and way noticeable. Not sure if it's the baby moving or a contraction. It didn't hurt, just made me worry and I feel really anxious right now. I drank like 3 glasses of water and It hasn't happened again. If it's the baby then man I wonder how it will feel when she gets bigger! But if it wasn't, I'm afraid of going into  preterm labor?
