Anyone esle experiencing jaw pain on just one side it comes and goes 😑 it's on my right side it hurts right by my ear to my cheek bone ... Feels like my face needs to be squished down what helps you ladies for jaw pain any advice ?... I've tried applying ice packs which gives me some relief but not a whole lot

I get a lot of tension headaches and I found that my jaw gets really tight and painful if my neck and shoulders get too tense. My husband is sweet enough to give me massages and that makes it so much better. Not sure if that will help you but it may be worth a try!

Do you have lock jaw? I do and the smallest things will trigger pain and discomfort. Weather change, allergies, sinuses, etc. My doctor told me to use Flonase either once a day or whenever my jaw started to feel uncomfortable. I don't know if you can use Flonase when pregnant, but it helped me immensely!

This sounds odd.... but, I had jaw pain once before.  I asked my chiropractor about and he adjusted my jaw. Lol! I just asked off hand when I went in to an adjustment.  I did not expect that!  But it did help.
