Am I carrying too low?

I'm 23w1d pregnant. I was reading a pregnancy article & it said that I should be able to feel my uterus an 1-2 inches above my belly button, but I still don't feel my uterus above my belly button. I can feel my uterus just below my belly button.

They measure from your pubic sympisis, that bone right in the center of your pelvis to the top of your uterus. Maybe it's low but your uterus may still be the right size. Don't google those things. Trust your doc !

They measure it from pubic bone to the top and they say that the centimeters should equal the weeks you are :) so if you're torso is long you could still be measuring perfect! Mine was a little above my belly button at like 20 weeks because I'm short haha.

Your doctor should be checking fundal height at every appointment and if they haven't said anything, I'm sure you're fine! You look like you have a long torso, so I'm sure it's normal. I have a short torso and I'm measuring just above my belly button. Everyone's different!

I can't feel my uterus, is that a thing? We're suppose to feel our uterus? You look normal to me. If there were any concerns your doc would let you know!

Google is the enemy....however your doctor checks for that when you go and depending how the baby is situated, how much amniotic fluid, and how your uterus sits depends on where it is but generally that's probably about where it should be. Personally until I get bigger I can't tell where it is but I'm not a doctor. I'll let them worry about that.
