Unnecessary comments

Sorry I need to vent. I was at dinner tonight with a group of friends and old coworkers. One of my old coworkers asked normal pregnancy questions like how far along are you, how're you feeling, etc. then she asked who my doctor was and I told her. She then made the comment, "omg no he's killed three babies." I'm 34 weeks, high risk, and literally could deliver any day now. (Which she knew) I'm so frustrated that she would even make that comment. My doctor is literally the best obgyn in my city and I'm so grateful to be seen by him. He's been practicing for 40 years and things happen. I'm just so emotional right now and in disbelief that she would even mention that.
