Postpartum Acne?

I'm coming up on 6 months postpartum and within the last few weeks my skin on my face and chest has broken out horribly! I've never had to use face wash before, always just used makeup remover and moisturizer.  I have no idea how to treat it. Anyone else have this problem? I recently started using Yes to Carrots gentle face wash but I am not noticing the acne getting better if anything it seems worse. It's really getting me down:(
