Throwing up Prenatal Vitamins...help please

So the beginning of this week my nausea turned into vomiting. I usual have issues with it a couple times a day :-( recently I have noticed that I frequently vomit shortly after taking my prenatal and I know I am throwing up the pill or contents of it. I have tried changing the time of day, taking less at a time, full stomach and nothing seems to work.  I have a genetic mutation where I am on a special prenatal with a specific kind of folic acid and need to stay on them.  Please any advice will help!  Thank you!
