Bloat/constipation

Is anyone else experiencing constipation which is making bloat los much worse? I used to be so regular it was like clock work. Now if I go 2 times in the same week I'm lucky. With my first pregnancy I remember this happening one time, but this has been going on for WEEKS. The gas pains are so painful and I don't know what to do to alleviate this. If anyone experiences this, what do you do to help? I've been trying not to take any laxatives but I did take a stool softener once and it set me straight for about a week.
