Implantation or???

Okay so I cramped yesterday, 11dpo, and today I have very light pink bleeding. And it's not heavy at all which my period usually is. AF isn't supposed to come for two more days. Could this be from implantation ?? I tested yesterday before I felt the cramping and it was negative. But if it just implanted then it could still be positive right?
