Abuse

Hi i am 21 and i was seeing someone new. He was older and seemed nice but just last night we had a fight and he pushed me on the ground he ripped my shirt up and he kicked me a few times. He also grabbed my hair. Every since then ive been bleeding and im not sure if its because of the scratch he caused "down there" or if my body is stressed because of what happened.. Any help?
