Well my SO recently got a new job working alongside a contractor and he works hard but his boss is an alcoholic and ends up taking him to the bar every night after work! It's really frustrating because we are trying to save money but he has a hard time. I also found out he gets paid in cash so I have no idea how much or what he spends.😞 Then the nights he has off his brother plays in a band at the local bars and he often goes( pretty sure his plans are tonight). The next day he always tells me he doesn't even like drinking and wants to stop. I'm not sure what to do because it's like a broken record. I don't think it will ever change so I don't get upset anymore but once the baby arrives I don't even want him to be around if he's drunk. I can't even stand now when he comes home stumbling .. Not to mention he usually drives which is so scary. I've talked to him several times about it but I'm not sure what else to do when it repeatedly happens. We're also trying to get a place together and it kills me to think he's spending money on alcohol. Hes several years older than me and I just thought he'd be more responsible especially now.He's been helping more with the bills though. I really do love him and hate to feel like a nag. Am I just being dumb and over reacting for no reason? Any suggestions ladies?
