Leaking urine?

Question

Currently 28 weeks 5 days... i do kegels here and there, but is it still possible to leak urine even after urinating? I sit down to pee (tmi possibly) and get up and go about my business but yet i feel a tiny bit of urine leaking? Normal? FTM... should i increase my kegels daily? Will it get worse after he is born?

Urology PA here! I can't help but chime in. I highly suggest ten kegels three times a day. It's mostly your increase abd pressure but increasing your perineal muscles and resistance will help now and after baby. I always say it won't stop a flood but the leakage you are having it should help with. Also it's great for prevention of leakage after delivery.

I'm 29 weeks and 3 days and have 0 control over my bladder sometimes. If the baby pushes on it just right, I leak. If I sneeze, I leak. It's supposed to go away after they are born though.

I feel like a 90 year old woman with all the leaking 😂
