So I went to my first appointment on Wednesday thinking that I was around 7 weeks along. The doctor couldn't find a gestational sac (my husband and I both thought we saw something though). I got my hcg levels back today from Wednesday and they were over 24,000. I went back this morning for additional blood work but they didn't have the results. Now they are saying I could have a miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy. I haven't had any cramping or bleeding so not sure what's going on.
