period while pregnant?

Has anyone had their normal period while being pregnant.?? Does anyone know how common that is.??

I had a period for the first 6 months of my pregnancy with my son. It wasn't heavy periods though. But they came every 28 days and were light periods. Lasted 4-6 days. But I def would go get checked out... Because of that I didn't know I was pregnant until I had severe pains around 20 weeks and found out I was pregnant with my son. He was perfectly healthy full term and is now a crazy 4 yr old.

My aunt had her period up in until she was 4 months pregnant with all 3 of my cousins.

Getting a full on period is not normal,  nor ok while pregnant. It's associated with miscarriage. 
SPOTTING while pregnant is common, but full on period flow is not.

I spot here and there and it's light pink , but my mom had a full blown period for 3 months with my sister. And my friend had hers for 4 months with my god son !
