Let me start off with there is lots of TMI and I can't get into the doctor for another 2 weeks....

The past year I have had lower abdominal pain that would come and go. I've had a cyst before so I assumed it was such. But in the past 6 months its grown increasingly worse and my immune system is shot. All winter I was sick with repeated episodes of bronchitis. Im sick maybe 2 days a year not 3 months straight.

Im irregular for the first time ever. I missed a month then bled every 2 weeks for a week at a time for 2 months. Which left me slightly anemic. Every other time I bled was unbearably painful and heavy. Then back to 3-4 weeks.

It isn't normal cramps. They are agonizing and on top of it It feels like severe constipation. But I was never actually constipated. I take naproxen and it helps the constant pain but the pain that comes and goes is so bad I can't breathe.

I get sick before each period. Fevers chills.

I can tell when I am ovulating now because I pretty much have my period with no blood.

I would have a dull ache in my back and stomach when I used the rest room.

I can't enjoy sex anymore. I want to but it hurts deep inside me up to my belly button.

Now the pain is to the point I nearly passed out holding my youngest today. I spent several hours last night in agony that wouldn't stop. Until it finally did then every time I moved I was in agony. It hurts to sit.

Using the restroom is terrifying if I go it hurts if I hold it its worse. I can't poop. It takes all of my willpower not to scream.

The back of my vagina is so painful right near my cervix and part of my cervix is always hard the other will soften through my cycle. The pain now spreads from my pelvis to my belly button some times to my ribs. I can feel gas bubbles travel through my body and the pain is worse then all three of my labors.

I always felt better a few days after. so I kept putting off the doctor and now I'm scared. It gets worse every period.

I feel I should add that I've always had pretty painful periods but nothing like this. I can't even eat yet I am so bloated. I do have 3 children but I've also had 2 miscarriages.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? Or have any idea what it could be?
