Is it possible for me to be 24 weeks along and JUST NOW discovering that I'm pregnant?
So many weird things are happening but all tests are negative. My body is changing, belly is growing, I keep "feeling" kicks inside and I just can't help but FEEL pregnant.
Is it possible, or am I crazy?

It's possible, but it's also possible that you're tricking yourself into getting pregnancy symptoms and creating a phantom pregnancy. The best thing you can do is take a test and go to the doctor and find out.

Have you done a blood test? Have you had an ultra sound? It could be your mind playing games, or it could be some rare phenomenon. Only test and exams will ease your mind

While this is totally possible, by reading comments I think you've possibly tricked yourself into believing you have these pregnancy symptoms, and created a phantom pregnancy. While an ultrasound may help clear that up, not sure insurance would pay for it when all pregnancy tests are turning up negative. Wouldn't hurt to bring it up to your doctor though, or check with your insurance just to be sure.

I had a friend who never got a positive urine test and the blood test wasn't positive until 5 months... It was incredibly frustrating. I would insist on an ultrasound if the tests are negative and you're having symptoms.

It's not possible if even the doctor said your uterus feels normal size / you're getting periods / testing negative. Maybe it's time to see a therapist.

same here, the past 3 months symptoms get worse, going to see a new OBGYN next week!! plus I get abdominal pains and breats are really tender and fuller. My mom said she didn't get a BFP until 6months preg.!! I have been taking prenatals for 4 months but still uneasy and worried

I didn't find out I was pregnant with my daughter until a little after 19 weeks.

My friend didn't know she was pregnant until she went into labour. She thought it was appendicitis !! She had a period every month and got a little "bloated" she did take some tests throughout but all negative xx
