Natural birth experience?

So im 34 weeks and 5 days pregnant. And my plan is to go natural birth no pain medication. But im really nervous can you ladies who have had natural birth tell me your birthing expirience

I had both of my daughters natural & I'm 35 weeks with my son witch I plan to have natural as well , Honestly it's not that bad it just depends on your pain tolerance. For me the contractions were to much but the actual pushing out the baby didn't hurt it was more of an uncomfortable feeling...

I just watched The Business Of Being Born a documentary on Netflix...and i was always planning on going completely natural but the doc really sealed the deal for me..

I mean unless medical reasons force me otherwise im hoping i can tough it out all natural.But im def not bashing anybody who chooses to use medicines either, to each their own and regardless we will all be pretty damn good mommas!

I had my first two natural no pain meds and very little Doctor interaction. I'm pregnant with my third and plan to do the same. I have a great experience

It's painful But you'll get through it! Biggest thing is to listen to your body. Don't fight a contraction, lean into it and push down on your bottom. (You will feel like you're pushing out a poop, one that doesn't want to come out-you want to feel this way, this means you're pushing with your bottom and not your legs!-and if you do poop, no one cares, they want you to bc then they know you're pushing in the right spot!) That will help ease the pain and make it more manageable. Have someone in the room with you who can help you hold your legs to your chest and count to 10 as you push! A great support team comes a long way! Rest during your down time! You will need it! And don't forget to breathe!! You got this! 💙

I ended up with an epidural because I just had to be able to rest so I could continue to push and not have a c section, but I did spend 3 hours pushing (about 45 min in we knew he had a full head of hair and my contractions were less than 2 min apart) all natural and 3 hours pushing with an epidural.

When I was Pushing without the epidural or pain management I felt like I had so much control over my body. It was painful obviously, but pushing actually felt good so it was just when the contractions started that was horrible.

Once I got the epidural and after resting, I hated my experience. I had to have the nurses help me lift my legs because I couldn't move them. It was horrible to be so out of control. Next baby I'm really hoping to successfully go all natural. Good luck!
