Confirmed blood test of 6-8 weeks pregnant I was 7w then I'm not 8w2d worried I've lost my baby

I had a confirmed blood test of being 6-8 weeks pregnant everything was good I had low vitamin d and high blood sugar levels were a tad high, but other than that she had no concerns, I was 7 weeks then I am 8w2d pregnant as of today I have my dating scan on Friday but for two days my boobs are not as sore as they have been before my nipples and under are sensitive and my boobs are still a tiny bit sore when hit with pressure or poked ( don't ask) and today no morning sickness! I had morning sickness for about 30 mins on my way to work yesterday morning and what was it ! So I am stressed out that my Bub isn't alive no more and I will see no heart beat Friday! I read that symptoms can come and go, but also can mean miscarriage ???? I've had no bad cramps no spotting bleeding or sore lower back. I'm still very tried need to pee a lot more than usual so I'm so confused and scared right now ! Need some positivity!
