So I might be crazy...

I'm 18w3d.. And for the last 2 days I've been feeling this very light "cramp" like feeling on my lower right abdomen, where my Dr always finds my baby's heartbeat.. But it's very faint "cramp".. I think it's a bad choice of word.. But it's like a tugging feeling or something maybe even a little pressure.. So when I lay on my back and feel my belly everything is soft.. Nothing hard.. So I freaked out and told my mom and she said the baby was probably hiding somewhere or sleeping.. So she shook my stomach and nothing.. A few minutes later I felt the "cramp" feeling again and idk if that's the baby moving or something or if it's the uterus stretching whenever it wants to but I'm worried/annoyed.. Idk what's baby and what my uterus messing with me.. 😭😭
