Mine did that in the beginning which prompted me to take a test (where i got my bfp) I think it is just the mucus plug forming and the extra coming out. On my 3rd pregnancy and i still get this from time to time as of 18wks. Hope this helps

Either you had sex and vessels in your cervix erupted causing a pink tinge( happens very easily and doesn't take much to bleed) due to higher blood flow or more likely if you're only 3 weeks and so many days that's about time for implantation bleeding,i has the same thing thinking my period was going to start it was even a bit more pinkish , not much but a little and i had it 2 times in one day probably a quarter size, look up implantation bleeding
