Spotting and lower than normal bbt 2nd round Femara??

On my first mont I had positive opk and clear thermal shift on bbt with no spotting. This month I have had a slight thermal shift after pisitive opk and tons of brown spotting. Anyone had major difference on 2nd month than first? I will post charts. Any advise would be helpful.
