SMELL? URGENT

First off let me say I'm clear of hiv, chlamydia, gonorrhea, & syphillis! And I have the nexplanon implant... So my boyfriend and I had sex the other day unprotected  ( he didn't cum in me ) and the next day I started having a fishy smell.. TMI.. Like I'll stick my finger inside my vagina and the discharge smells awful.. Also after I shower the odor is still there and also from my anus as well. TMI I know! I know it's not an STD because I've recently gotten checked in March! I've been doing the hydrogen peroxide tampon thing but the smell is still there! I'm really embarrassed about this .. Can someone please help?
