Is it an early sing of pregnancy?

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for 3 months now. This time, i felt a bit dizzy 2 days after conception, and sore breasts and a but if cramping lower abdomen 3 days later for a bit. Today i had light beige\yellow discharge( a lot of it) a few times. Never had that during or after ovukation. Was wondering if people experienced this and found out they were pregnant. I stil have 1 week before my periode is expected. It's killing me to know!
