Tearing Feeling In Uterus, What Could it Be?

I'm at least 8dpo (not 100% sure ovulation date) So this is not ovulation pain. I was getting up after having peed in the toilet and it felt like I ripped something in my right ovary area. I had to sit back down. I'm fine now but wondering if anyone with the listed options had this as well

It could have been implantation. I get an intense pinching / ripping pain when that had happened. It may also be a cyst rupturing.
