it depends. for one how far along the person is. if this is the first pregnancy or 5th. every pregnancy and every woman is different. but very early sign mimick menstrual symptoms but they are prolonged and are hightened. if the pregnancy is further along the symptoms are more intense. take a test.

Nausea, bloated stomach, sore breasts, spotting, however some of these don't show up until 4-6 weeks
