Should I be concerned or is it normal?

I've been in birth control pills for almost 2 months now. I've taken the pills religiously and have not missed any. I grew the courage to have unprotected sex a week or 2 ago because I am on the pill and if taken correctly I'm 99% protected. So this week and a little of last week I've been having very mild cramps and constantly feel wet down there. Could I be ovulating even though it states that the pill suppresses ovulation? I've googled and it said its ovulation cramps so now idk what to think. I keep telling myself that I should be fine because I've taken my pills everyday. Therefore should I be concerned or am I overthinking it? Thanks!
