Venting

So I am laying here bawling hysterically. All because I went to the store and got socks for my son and my daughter. My daughter picked out shoes ( she needs badly hers have holes in them) and I go to pay and the card is declined. I try the other and the same thing. So the cards have my son's name on one and my daughters on the other. I call to figure out why and the cards can be used for anything and everything that's a necessity for a baby but not for a toddler. My daughter starts to cry so I start bawling the whole time my so is giving me a dirty look and saying omg bc the card was declined :( I cannot help it and I don't have the money to get it. So I stand there screen telling me to insert 33.76 and it says items paid for... Trash bags. So I am still laying here in bed bawling as my daughter is telling my SIL about the shoes she almost got 😢😢😢😢
