When to take Clomid?

I have been ttc for a year now and nothing yet. Im thinking of asking to be put on Clomid, but I think I'm ovulating. I get positive Opks and EWCM. Can I still not be ovulating?

You're suppose to take Clomid when ur ovulating. Usually taken days 3 through 7 of your cycle.... if you're ovulating now your doctor may wait until your next cycle..... good luck!!!

You can have "weak ovulation" where you are releasing an egg but from what I understand the life of the egg is shorter than normal and may take longer for Sperm to reach it. My doctor did blood work and said even at 50mg of clomid I had weak ovulation. Increased me to 100mg and 2 cycles later I was pregnant. Good luck and baby dust!
