Please help lol

Hi ladies. I had a steroid shot in March had no period. Had a cortisone shot in knees in April no period. Not pregnant. This month I started 2 weeks earlier spotted for two days now I have had a full blown period for 8 days. Not heavy just a normal period. Mine are never really heavy. I also was put on Contrave which has Wellbutrun in it back in the middle of April. Does anyone know maybe what might be causing this long period or should I worry. Any suggestions.
