16 and pregnant?

Me and my boyfriend of 3 years have been sexually active for about a year now. We've always practiced safe sex until about a month ago when we were in the middle of having sex and saw the condom broke then we agree that he would just pull out. Ever since that day we've continued to use the pull out method because it was more pleasurable for the both of us. My period was suppose to start today and I'm having some of the usual symptoms that come along with my period like cramps but not has painful. Could i be pregnant? How long should I wait to take a test? How can I tell my parents?
