IUI Combo Cycle hopefully starting tomorrow!

I went to the doctor Friday 5/20 and before that I had 2 ovarian cyst one is fully gone and the other one was almost totally gone! I started my cycle Saturday so I'm just waiting to here back from the doctor on Monday 5/23 to see if I can start taking my Letrozol tomorrow night! (She was in surgery on Friday) I will take letrozol for 5 days 2.5 mg, then Follistim shots 50 mg for 3 days then the next day go in for an ultrasound to see where my eggs are at! If my eggs aren't fully mature do a couple more days of shots then another ultrasound! Once my eggs are big enough do a shot of orvidrol that night then the next day an IUI! Any advise on shots or the whole cycle? Anyone done this protocol? I'm very nervous as this will be my first IUI! Been TTC for 18 months. What is everyone's success rate with an IUI?
