For the first time in forever !

My period is late. Only one day. I've taken 3 tests and all negative. Two today and one two days ago. Is there still hope? I've had sex and usually when my period is late if I have sex it will trigger it. So far nothing. No cramps. Just bloating , and some serious mood swings. Im crying over little things and just becoming upset so easily.
