Making a baby

So me and the partner are trying for Bub number 2! Been trying only 2 and a half months so far and I'm already feeling so exhausted trying first Bub was accidental but yet so easy to fall pregnant and I just knew straight away, but I'm wondering is their any ways early to hint being pregnant? I've already spent a bit on pregnancy tests and ovulation tests and I'm one of the most impatient people with everything
