Cluster Feeding

I'm a FTM and my son is 5 days old. I'm breastfeeding him and for the past two nights he's fed for hours upon hours. He's fussy, crying, and clawing at my breasts. Tonight I'm already into 2 hours of non stop feeding. I have tried to take him off the breast and he screams and roots at me. Has anyone had any experience with this and what should I do? I know he's getting milk, because when he releases the latch it goes everywhere. I feel like I can't soothe him and it's very upsetting 😢
