girdles???

Hi mom's!

I was curious to know if any of the new moms are wearing any kind of binding gear for their tummies, if so would you recommend the one that you have?

I just wore my abdominal binder that my doctor prescribed, but it's so bulky I only wear it at home. I've had two dress up events in the evening, so I did wear some Shapeware… Nothing as extreme as Spanx, just a high waisted panty with a little more support in the tummy.  😉

I was really interested in wearing one but my doctor said they are a big NO. She said they push your insides around and really aren't good, especially after having a baby. I still feel really uncomfortable with my apparent, but I barely leave the house and I know my husband loves me regardless. I've lost over 20 lbs since having Emrie though, so I'm confident the weight will continue to come off.

Have never been so fond or good at wearing anything but I feel like I shook my tummy is very saggy haha and I don't fit in any of my cloths, I used to be small and 3 of jeans now forgetter :( but I have my little baby angel so that helps jaja
